IBEREOLICA SOLAR, S.L., founded to promote, build and operate the solar thermal plants that Grupo Ibereólica currently promotes on a national level. Each shareholder owned a 50% of this new company, with a social capital of €16.695.652. Ibereólica Solar S.L. acts as a parent company for the firms operating the solar thermal plants. IBEREOLICA SOLAR currently promotes the following 22 solar thermal plants. As of today, it holds 4 administrative authorizations of 4 solar thermal plants of 50 MW and manages 15 evacuation points in Andalusia, Extremadura, Castile-La Mancha and Castile and Leon.
