As a result of the International Workshop Solar Thermal Energy High Temperature celebrated in Seville, January 14-15, 2008, the Panel Experts have devised the Declaration of Seville. This document will provide innovative ideas to get that Solar Thermoelectric Energy was a significant part in the solution of the problematic of climate change.
